                        This Leave & Licence agreement is made & entered into at …………………….. on this  day of …………………..   BETWEEN the Licensor & the Licensee. 

THIS AGREEMENT  WITNESSETH  HEREUNDER.

1.       WHEREAS the Licensor is seized & possessed a Flat/Shop No. ……….. situated at, ………………………………………………….. in the building known as ‘…………………………,’ (hereinafter called the “Said Flat/Shop”)

2.       WHEREAS THE Licensor is looking for a suitable person to the use & occupy of the Said Flat/Shop. The Licensee has approached to allow him to use / occupy the Said Flat/Shop.

3.       This Leave & Licensee is only for 11 (eleven) months purely on temporary basis, commencing from ……………… and ending on ………………

4.       The Licensee agrees and undertakes to pay of sum of                      ………………./- (Rupees ………………………………………… only) being the Security Deposit and further agrees to pay the sum of …………………../- (Rupees ………………………………… only) by way of monthly rent.

5.       The Licensee also agrees to pay the electricity, water charges as per consumption directly to the concerned authorities.

6.       The Licensee shall not claim any rights, titles & interest of the Said Flat/Shop/Shop further shall not let, sub-let, paying guest and/or third party without written consent from the Licensor.

7.       The Licensee shall vacate the said Flat/Shop and surrender the vacant peaceful possession to the Licensor on expiry of this agreement.

8.       This Leave & Licensee is revocable by assigning 1 month written notice by either of the parties.

9.       The Licensor shall refund the above said Security Deposit after adjusting any default of any amount such as electricity, water charges & telephone bills without fail on getting vacant possession from the Licensee.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the parties have hereunto set and subscribed their hands on the day & year hereinabove written.
